Harvested by hand in boxes of 15 Kilos and carefully inspected bunch by bunch, on the selection table.

An intense lively cherry red color.
On the nose, with a good balance of fruit and wood in which the ripe black and red fruits blend with aromas such as toasted and vanilla.
When passing through the mouth, it is soft, balanced and structured, filling the palate with finesses.

Fine tannins are perceived, getting a final tasty and powerful result in the mouth.
A real evocative deployment of textures.

Made with 80% grapes of Tempranillo variety and 20% of Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine has remained for 20 days for its maceration with the skins.
After its malolactic fermentation, then it is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels until bottling.

The wine continues its ageing process in the bottle for 8 months before being put on the market.
